A Very Special Visitor
We had a wonderful poet, Andy, visit our school this week. We really enjoyed listening to him and joining in with some of the actions. Year one were very inspired and even came into school the next day with some of our own poems!
We really enjoyed our taster session of relaxation and yoga.
Deaf Active Assembly
This week, after 10 weeks of sign language sessions once a week, Yr1 and Yr2 showcased what they had learnt in a fantastic assembly. Well done to both classes, we were very proud!
Easter Egg Hunt
We had fun joining in with the FOSPA Easter egg hunt.
Well done to our golden ticket winner!
World Book Day 2019
What fun we had bringing in our potato characters! We were very proud of each and everyone of them. Thank you for taking the time to create them, they made a lovely display in our class.
Number Day 2019
We enjoyed wearing our numbers, ordering our numbers and making our numbers using different resources in our class room.
Something strange has happened in year 1!
We enjoyed investigating :)
A very merry Christmas from year one!
What fun we had playing games, singing and eating!
A visit from Santa
What an exciting afternoon meeting the man himself!
What a wonderful day we had learning all about Hinduism. We even practiced some traditional dance, tasted traditional food and made our own diya lamps, which are used in the Hinduism festival of light, Diwali.
Year One Apple Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed both trips to the Apple store in Liverpool One, where the children took part in a creative workshop, led by the Apple staff. Miss Ingham and Mrs Madden were so proud of each and every pupil, as they were a credit to the school for their behaviour and polite manners - WELL DONE YEAR ONE!
Look at us settling into our new class.
