About Clement Botwey

 

Clement is now thirteen years old and he was born on 10/05/2006. Clement lives under the care of his mother. His home duties include running errands, cleaning, taking care of the animals and carrying water. There are 2 children in the family. For fun Clement likes playing with friends, playing football, running and story telling. He attends Sunday school & church and Bible class regularly. He attends school where his performance is average. Please remember Clement in your prayers. Your love and support will help him to receive the assistance he needs to grow and develop.

About Esikado Salvation Child Development Centre

 

Project: GH-650, Esikado Salvation Child Development Centre Location: Ajumako Esikado, 55 km northeast of Cape Coast, Ghana Your sponsored child lives in the forested community of Ajumako Esikado, home to approximately 400 residents. Typical houses are constructed of cement floors, brick walls and tin roofs. The primary ethnic group is Akan and the most commonly spoken language is Fante. The regional diet consists of maize, beans, bananas, fish, bread, cassava, plantains and rice. A common health problem in this area is malaria. Most adults work on plantations and earn the equivalent of £15 per month. This community needs teachers, employment opportunities and health centres. Your sponsorship allows the staff of Esikado Salvation Child Development Centre to provide your sponsored child with Bible studies, health screening, malaria prevention education, tuition, educational materials and handiwork skills training. The centre staff will also provide parenting education for the parents or guardians of your sponsored child.
