School will endeavour to remain open but should weather conditions deteriorate to such an extent that it is deemed necessary to close on health and safety grounds then school will immediately inform parents via text message and email.
The local radio stations will also be informed so that parents can access news and updates from the radio.
During closure the school website and answer phone message will be updated regularly.
Once it is decided that school can re-open parents will be informed via all of the above media systems.
