I have taught at St Philips for many years now, since my appointment in March 2010. In that time, I have taught in Year 2 and Year 6, but have experience teaching across both key stages and also early years.
In my role as assistant head I have responsibility for the curriculum overall and in particular, R.E., Music, P.S.H.E., and Maths in Key Stage Two.
I am passionate about the education of the whole child and firmly believe that alongside the academic teaching, our duty is to ensure that our children become wise, fair and well-informed adults with a strong moral compass and an awareness of the issues in society.
